knock knock: another timely reminder

Aunty Michele reminded me that no matter what, my response to the Lord is the most important and that is independent of the word/ actions of others.

My confidence should be in the Lord.

In thee, O God, do I put my trust, let me never be ashamed; Psalm 31:1

palm sunday 2012

dear Jesus,

today marks Palm Sunday.
just wondering: how many more palm sundays, passion weeks and easter sundays do i have on earth before I get to see you face to face?

weekend is always fleeting.
my flesh yearns for a longer rest.
life feels like a never-ending season of work.
but i have to be thankful- in ALL circumstances!
school starts tomorrow and work definitely starts tomorrow as well.
Lord, needing your grace, each and every moment.
into Your hands i consecrate next week.
a challenging one.
